Forever striving to deliver exceptional customer service, possessing excellent attention to detail in every task she undertakes, and loving the day-to-day variety of working in Melbourne’s fast-paced property industry, Emma Hicks is relishing in her role as Head of Property Management at Ray White Ascot Vale.

Emma is the wife of Director Adam Hicks and has worked alongside him in their Real Estate business for many years, more so in the last three years. While growing up in the area and serving the local community through her own family business, the well renowned Hardimans Hotel in Kensington, Emma knew that embodying the community spirit and incorporating that into her career was something she longed for.

After a long and successful decade in the FMCG space, in Client Management, Sales and Marketing - Emma found that the opportunity to work alongside Adam was one too good to pass up, taking on the role of Head of Property Management after sons Thomas and Harvey were just that little bit older!

So what drives Emma? In her own words: “It’s the people. The care factor, I just love to serve my local community and helping people”.

It’s this sentiment that sees Emma go above and beyond expectations for her clients,  considering the success of their property investments as an indication of her own.

For Emma, client focus is one thing, but ensuring her tenants are also well-looked after is another. By ensuring tenants have a happy home life, it in turn makes the landlord/tenant relationship long and mutually beneficial.

Being part of a progressive team that embraces both new technologies and old-fashioned face-to-face customer service is what continues to excite Emma each day.

With continuous progression in automation driving efficiency and productivity in the property management space, Emma’s dedication to both one-on-one connection and advances in technology is what stands her apart when it comes to superior customer service.
